That’s what I’ll be exploring during The Art of Feeling Alive on October 3, where eight presenters will take you on a journey through eight different doorways:

Wholeness. Presence. Wonder. Vitality. Alignment. Adventure. Flow. Aliveness.

During my session, I guide you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and become more aware of the energy already moving within and around you. Through gentle Reiki, energetic awareness, and guided presence, you will be supported to release some of the static of daily life and return to greater calm, clarity, vitality, and inner connection.

When you fall asleep during or after Reiki, the healing does not stop because your conscious awareness has become quiet. Reiki continues to work through the conscious, subconscious and unconscious levels of your being, while continuing to move through and support the aura and wider energy field.

In fact, sleep can offer a particularly receptive space. With less thinking, analysing or consciously following what is happening, there are fewer distractions. The body rests, the mind quietens and the energetic work and integration can simply continue.

You may be asleep. Reiki is still at work. ✨
