I THINK I'VE FINALLY FOUND THE BOOMER FLASHLIGHT!n 🔦😂

I've reviewed so many flashlights over the years that I'm beginning to wonder if manufacturers have forgotten what a flashlight is supposed to do.

Do we really need 20 different modes, multiple emitters, and enough button combinations to operate a space shuttle?

Sometimes I just want a flashlight that turns on, lights up what I'm looking at, and turns off!

Enter the **Sunwayman P1000**.

✅ 1,050 lumens on high
✅ 100 lumens on low
✅ Replaceable 5,000 mAh 21700 battery
✅ USB-C rechargeable
✅ IPX8 water resistance
✅ Just TWO brightness modes!

That's right. TWO!

Sunwayman sent one over for me to check out, and I think they might be onto something.

Are modern flashlights getting too complicated, or am I just becoming a grumpy old man? 😂

**WALMART'S $6 KNIFE IS BACK FOR 2026!** 🔪

And apparently, I have a problem because I feel obligated to collect every one of these things. 😂

My local Walmart just rolled out its seasonal Ozark Trail knife display, and there's a new camouflage version of the familiar 7.5-inch folding knife.

But here's the catch...

It's essentially the old white "Stormtrooper" knife in a new outfit!

The good news? They've made a couple of improvements, including a reversible pocket clip for left- and right-handed carry.

And the price?

**SIX DOLLARS!**

I picked one up, went over the specifications, checked the action, and put that factory edge through a paper-cutting test.

🎥 **WATCH THE REVIEW:**

I don't have an online Walmart listing yet, but I show the packaging and barcode in the video.

**Question:** Are you still buying and collecting these budget Ozark Trail knives, or has the novelty worn off?

**A DUFFEL BAG WITH A SECRET?!** 🎒

Maxpedition sent over their massive **57-liter Doppelduffel Adventure Bag** for the channel, and I have to say, this thing surprised me!

It's built from rugged 1000D ballistic nylon, has pockets and compartments everywhere, and enough space to pack an impressive amount of clothing and gear.

But here's the really interesting part...

**It transforms into a BACKPACK!**

The concealed shoulder straps pull out of a rear compartment, and you've suddenly got an adjustable backpack with a sternum strap.

I demonstrate both carrying configurations in my latest video, along with the adjustable interior dividers and everything else this bag has to offer.

**Question:** Would you rather carry a large gear bag over your shoulder or throw it on your back?

A flashlight that focuses itself?! 🔦

There's a relatively new flashlight company called AIMWIN, and I think we need to start paying attention to them.

Their new AZ3 delivers up to 2,000 lumens, but that's not what impressed me most.

It features **BeamMorph™ intelligent autofocus**, which automatically changes between spotlight and floodlight depending on how you're holding the flashlight.

And yes, it really works!

I got my hands on an early creator sample, and in my newest video, I'm taking you through the specifications, features, user interface, and an outdoor demonstration of that autofocus system.

The AIMWIN AZ3 launches November 1.

I've been putting together my winter vehicle emergency kit, and in the latest video, I'm showing everything I keep in my truck.

From snow removal and recovery equipment to emergency blankets, tools, medical gear, lighting, and food, there's a lot more to this setup than just a jumper cable and an ice scraper.

🎒 The centerpiece is the **Maxpedition TT26 Bug Out Pack**, generously provided by Maxpedition.

🥾 **NEW VIDEO IS LIVE!**

I've been on my feet for 30 years, and I've spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars trying to find the perfect pair of work boots.

Believe it or not, some of the best boots I've ever owned came from Walmart!

Unfortunately, my favorite Herman Survivors have been discontinued.

Enter the **OUXX OX021 Waterproof Steel Toe Work Boots**.

OUXX sent these into the channel for some real-world testing, and today we're taking our first look at their construction, waterproofing, safety features, sizing, and comfort.

But here's the interesting part...

I'm going to wear these to work and come back in approximately 1–2 months to tell you how they actually hold up.

No guessing. No durability claims based on pulling them out of a box.

Ever thought about carrying a monocular as part of your hiking or EDC gear?

Nocs Provisions sent over their new **Zero Tube 8x25 Waterproof Monocular**, and this thing packs quite a bit into a surprisingly small package!

We're talking 8x magnification, a wide field of view, ED glass, a rugged rubberized housing, and a lifetime warranty.

I also included some outdoor footage so you can get an idea of what you're actually seeing through it.

New video is live. 🔦👀

ThruNite sent over the T5, and this one may ruffle a few feathers.

It has USB-C charging, a magnetic tail, RGB modes, spotlight mode, a 180-degree rotating head, and 523 lumens on turbo.

But the real question is obvious:

Does this look familiar?

What do you think, familiar form factor or too close for comfort?
