Our 2024 Australian tour sold out, which seemed like a persuasive reason to come back.
We return to Australia and New Zealand from 27 January to 18 February 2027 with the Generations: The Greatest Hits Tour, beginning in Perth and ending in Christchurch.
Today we are celebrating the 40th anniversary of our 1986 album ‘Crash’ by announcing an all-analogue reissue as part of the Fontana Thousand Club series.
The album has been freshly cut from the original half inch master tapes, giving this pressing a whole new layer of warmth and excitement. Or at least that’s what everyone who has heard it so far tells us.
These premium records are foil numbered from 1-1000.
Back in 2012, a few magazines said some kind things about the 30th anniversary edition of Dare. Thank you Clash, Mojo and Q! Fourteen years later, we are approaching the album’s 45th birthday, which is frankly becoming a little difficult to believe. More on that next month.

Four years after the story of 'Don’t You Want Me', Louise returns to the same two people, or does it?
Philip has in the past confirmed that the song is a sequel, although the reunion may exist rather more clearly in the man’s imagination than in hers.
The black-and-white video was directed by Steve Barron, who also made 'Don’t You Want Me'. Some stories look rather different the second time around.

It included Heart Like a Wheel, Soundtrack to a Generation and, just to keep everyone on their toes, a question mark in the title.

It was recorded in Minneapolis with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, included the US No.1 single Human, and entered the UK album chart at number seven.
