RE: TikTok got bought

Hello everybody! As you've undoubtedly seen, TikTok was purchased to become a US-based company. As many are doing, I have officially deactivated my account, although I did this before the purchase went through. As such, I have officially stopped downloading new videos. I'll continue putting out new videos for a while, as I have a backlog of content- but several of my series will have one last video coming out soon. Some of these videos may be normal length, some may be very short. Once I run out, I'll be done with TikTok officially, and I'll go back to being just a playlist channel. Thank you all for being on this part of the journey with me, and if you're in the US, stay safe. If you're outside the US... pray for us, I guess? I hope you all stick around to see whatever comes next for this channel. Have a great day!

Uhhhhhh tiktok ban

So as many of you have probably figured out, I'm US-based, which means my access to tiktok is about to get banned. I will not be downloading a VPN to try and get around it, I'm not even sure if that would work. I'll continue posting until I run out of saved tiktoks! But unfortunately, unless the ban doesn't go through (unlikely) or gets reversed (sliiiightly more likely), eventually I will run out. When that happens, will y'all still want to see character playlists? I've also got some other ideas that are churning around in the noggin. But for right now, stay safe, and let me know your thoughts on the future of this channel as strictly a playlist channel!

I'm sure we're all sick of hearing about this by now, as this week has been exhausting, but I feel I need to mention this on my channel publicly. This channel is run by a gay, transgender individual. If you voted for Trump, you are not welcome here. This is a safe space for people in racial, gender, or sexual minorities. Voting for that man is voting for the decreased tolerance, acceptance, and rights, of those people and myself. You are allowed to have your own opinion, but I encourage you to keep it to yourself. I will remove any comments in favor of him.

To the rest of you IN those communities who are devastated by this election, I am so, so sorry. Please treat yourself gently in the upcoming weeks and months. This is not your fault. You all know how strong we are as a community- we've made it through extremism before, and we can again. We shouldn't have to- but here we are. Stay alive. If you need any resources, feel free to use my community post comments to try and find them, or ask me if I can help. I hope you can find some comfort in my content.

Hey guys!

A huge thank you to you all, you've built the channel up to 1.5k subscribers and I could not be happier! This is absolutely incredible, and I say this every time but it still feels crazy that there are this many of you. I appreciate each and every one of you!
New video is out tomorrow, keep it tuned here! I hope everyone had a good summer, let's move forward into an excellent autumn :)

Happy Pride little gay people on my channel! Be proud, be loud, and don't stop speaking up AND out about things that are important to you. Pride, Ukraine, Palestine, and Congo are all at the top of my list. These issues now more than ever deserve our full attention. For one of us to be free, all of us need to be free.

You may have noticed that the channel's been a little dead- my apologies! My summer schedule is even more hectic this year than in years past, but I do plan to keep putting out content for you all. However, videos will be fewer and further apart most likely, due to the time consuming nature of uploading.
Thanks to all 1.39k of you for your continued support! Have a good weekend everyone.

A general note:
Free Palestine.
My various tiktok videos will be featuring pro-Palestine content for the foreseeable future. You are responsible for what you consume, media-wise. If you don't wish to see that content, do not watch my videos. To any subscribers I have who are Palestinian, I am deeply sorry for any personal losses you may have experienced, as well as the loss of peace and safety in Palestine. If any of you have places you would like people to donate to, please do not hesitate to leave them in the comments, as well as any suggestions you might have for alternative ways that I and others could be of assistance. I hope that anything I make could possibly bring you some comfort, although that may be a slightly selfish hope.
Thank you, and I hope you are all having a good weekend.

Hey guys!
Just wanted to let you all know I'm taking a short break- school is kicking my ass right now and to be honest, I just haven't been doing well mentally. Of course, I will be back! I'm certainly not going anywhere, and niether is the channel. All the videos you guys know and love will still be here, and I hope you all will be when I come back. Planning to be back around Christmas- see you all then! And for my fellow students, good luck on all your papers, projects, and exams. Carry on!
