✨ COMING UP AT CHURCH GATHERING ONLINE ✨

We have some special nights coming up in August, and we’d love you to join us!

🙏 15th August — Ps Glenys Rennie
📖 22nd August — Ps Grant Robertson
🙌 29th August — TESTIMONY NIGHT

Testimony Night is open to EVERYONE! You don’t need to be a regular at Church Gathering Online to come along or to share.

There is something powerful about hearing what God has done in someone’s life. Your testimony might be about how you came to know Jesus, an answered prayer, God’s provision, healing, deliverance, a difficult season He brought you through, or simply something God has been doing in your life recently.

Revelation 12:11 speaks of overcoming “because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony.”

Come and share what the Lord has done! ❤️
And if you don’t have a testimony to share, come along and be encouraged by what God has done in the lives of others.

Everyone is welcome — wherever you are and whatever church you normally attend. 🌏

📖 Ambassadors for Christ

What does it really mean to be an ambassador for Christ?

In this encouraging message, Ps Glenys Rennie reminds us that we are more than messengers—we represent the King and His Kingdom wherever we go.

✨ Be a walking Bible.
✨ Keep it real.
✨ Your past does not disqualify you.
✨ God uses ordinary people with willing hearts.
✨ You may be the only Bible someone ever reads.

"Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us..."
2 Corinthians 5:20 (NASB1995)

Be encouraged to live faithfully, represent Christ well, and allow God to use your life to point others to Him.

📖 Devoted to Reconciliation

The early church wasn't devoted to programs or personalities—they were devoted to Jesus Christ, His Word, prayer, fellowship, communion, and caring for one another.

In this message, Ps Gavin Stuckey explores:
✝️ The ministry of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:14–21)
🙏 The power of praying for one another (James 5:13–18)
📖 Why Acts 2:42 is still God's pattern for His church today

The Greek word for "devoted" (proskartereō) means to persevere with unwavering commitment. The challenge for every believer is simple:

What am I consistently giving myself to?

May we be a people devoted to Christ, devoted to His Word, devoted to prayer, and devoted to one another.

Church Gathering Online

We pray you've had a wonderful week walking with the Lord.
Whether you've been with Church Gathering Online from the beginning or this is your very first email, welcome! We believe church is more than watching a service—it's being part of the Body of Christ.
Our desire is to follow the pattern of the early church found in Acts 2:42, where believers continually devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching, fellowship, the breaking of bread, and prayer.
We also love the picture in 1 Corinthians 14:26:
"What is the outcome then, brothers and sisters? When you assemble, each one has a psalm, has a teaching, has a revelation, has a tongue, has an interpretation. All things are to be done for edification." (NASB1995)
That means our gatherings aren't designed for just one person to minister while everyone else watches. We believe every believer has something valuable to contribute as the Holy Spirit leads.
