Tate Mcrae "Housewife" - Song Review


OMG I had been waiting for this new single, but I was a little disappointed. Yes it is a good song just not my favourite not really impressed by the lyrics and what it is trying to portray. On the other hand the music video was not bad, but then again Tate is a professional dancer. Can't wait for her new album to come out.

Physical Media Thrift/Charity Shop Haul


It's just amazing what you can find in a Thrift/Charity shop. I have found 6 dvds for just £1.50 GBP which is apparently $1.99 USD and that was for all 6 of them. All in great condition, what a bargain. I just love adding to my collection

Alessi Rose "FUN" - Song Review


What can I say about this other than AMAZING, I love it. I think Alessi has done an amazing job of it and the music video just shows her fun side.

I would definitely recommend for people to go and have a listen if you haven't already.

I can't wait for Alessi's new album as I think it's going to be amazing

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) - Movie Review


This film is epic and has got to be my favourite horror movie ever. I love the dark and gritty aesthetic of this movie, the acting is great and Marcus Nispel did an amazing job as director. Andrew Bryniarski's performance as Leatherface is phenomenal, his whole on screen presence is perfect for the character. They definitely don't make horror movies like this anymore

Would I watch it again - absolutely

Would I recommend - yes

Reviewing "All Too Well: The Short Film" with my MOTHER!


My Opinion:

This so called short film is definitely not for me. I understand what Taylor was trying to do with this "film" but the end product is just not good, it's more like one long music video with only a couple of scenes of actual dialogue. Taylor's directing skills are not bad but the best thing about this for me is Sadie Sink


Mother's Opinion:

Well hi everyone, don't listen to my son lol no only joking. But in my opinion I loved this so much, now I am not really a film person so as this was short he asked me to watch it. I found it extremely moving and well executed, I felt the passion and the romance but then my heart broke for her when he pushed her hand away how he just changed when around other people and then for him to walk away, in my mind when I was watching I was thinking yes, I know she was in pain but she definitely deserves so much more than him. So all these years later when she walked out at her book launch I was so happy and I was like you go girl with him just looking through the window at what an amazing woman he had lost

Friday The 13th (1980) & Friday The 13th (2009) - DOUBLE Review


Friday The 13th (1980)

For a movie that is the "Original Camp Slasher" it is surprisingly bad. The movie literally has no story whatsoever and the acting is also quite terrible. The only good performance in this movie is Betsy Palmer as Mrs Voorhees, but you don't even get to see her till near the end of the movie. Jason Voorhees definitely saved this franchise, but just going by this movie I don't know how it spawned the iconic franchise that it is known as today.

Would I recommend - No

Would I watch it again - No

Friday The 13th (2009)

This is everything that the original movie should have been. The acting is great and it actually has a coherent storyline and unlike the original movie I think it was a great decision to show what happened to Mrs Voorhees in the intro so that the rest of the movie could be about Jason.
The cinematography of this movie is also amazing, it's just a shame that the original is not as good as this.

Would I recommend - Yes

Would I watch it again - Yes

Creep 2 - Movie Review


This is one of those rare sequels that is better than the original movie. The first movie is absolutely perfect, so I didn't think it could get any better. I was hoping it was going to be at least equally as good, but I was wrong this movie takes everything that made the first movie great and somehow improved it. The acting is once again top tier, everyone's performance in this is just exceptional

Would I watch again - of course

Creep (2014) - Movie Review


I had very high expectations for this movie and it didn't disappoint. Found footage is my favourite subgenre and this movie did it perfectly.

Acting is top tier, Mark Duplass performance as Josef is amazing and I don't think anyone else could of played that character better.

Now some would say this movie is too simple and boring, but this is the point this is just how a found footage movie should be.

Would I recommend - absolutely

Would I watch it again - 100%
