Gohar Zaib

The Channel "GoharZaib" is aimed at luring the hearts and minds of its audience with the charismatic and alluring poetries of Urdu's giant poets like Ghalib, Faiz, Faraz, Parveen Shakir, Atta and etc. The GoharZaib gives you a unique experience of enjoying the poetries in a melodious voice. GoharZaib strives to inculcate the values of poetry reading culture in the new generation which was once part of sub-continent's rich culture. As Salvatore says "Poetry ... is the revelation of a feeling that the poet believes to be interior and personal which the reader recognizes as his own". A single poetry is like an ocean of knowledge. Every reader draws meanings and tastes according to his/her own understanding and life experiences. Therefore, a poet lives thousands of lives and fascinates generations that come after him/her. Be part of GoharZaib and lets revive the culture of poetry reading and listening that our ancestors enjoyed for hundreds of years.
