As a licensed, practicing attorney, my goal is to provide commentary & information on noteworthy legal & true crime cases, such as the 2014 murder of FSU law professor Dan Markel & DC lawyer Robert Wone's 2006 murder. Some content will be on the lighter side with comedy. This channel is dedicated in memory of George C. Lin, the founder of the DC APA Film Festival and president of the San Diego AA Film Festival, who encouraged me to continue making creative works as a form of empowerment. "Asian American Focus" was a public access television show produced through The Peoples Channel (Channel 8) in Chapel Hill, North Carolina from 2001-2008. Guests were notable local and out-of-town community leaders, artists, writers, and scholars with an "Asian American Focus." Thank you to Matthew Burke, the late director of the station, for allowing us to produce the show.

As attorney Daniel Meier predicted several weeks ago, the Court of Appeals has allowed Donna Adelson's request for an extension of time and accepted the brief filed by her lawyer. On Thursday, 8pm EST, experienced appellate lawyer and Harvard law grad Craig Buckser will be the special guest on a livestream to go over Donna Adelson's appellate brief and answer questions. Craig was actually the first college friend I had, when he was taking summer school at UC Berkeley and we lived in rooms across the hallway at Eshleman Hall. He has worked the field of criminal defense for 29+ years and has been with the State Public Defender in California for decades, focusing on death penalty cases. Now that Duane "Keefe D" or "Keffe D" Davis has been convicted for his role in the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur, let's remember Tupac and his mother Afeni Shakur, who died of cardiac arrest in 2016 and had lived in my hometown of Stone Mountain, Georgia. In 1998, I had the privilege of meeting activist Yuri Kochiyama in her Harlem apartment. She mentioned how she was friends with Tupac's mother and what a nice boy Tupac was. A couple of years, I paid tribute to Tupac singing "Dear Mama" in an improv comedy livestream. Rest in power, Tupac and Afeni Shakur, as well as Yuri Kochiyama.

The jury has been deliberating for 24 hours and reported to the judge that they were deadlocked. Despite being deadlocked, the jury has decided to return to continue deliberations the following day. Reddington stated he does not view this as a strictly "good" or "bad" sign, but rather an indication that the jury is working hard to reach a decision.
