Trying something new on the channel!

I want to start posting more sing throughs without putting so much pressure on myself to make every single yt song cover one a fully produced cover.

I hear people say they want raw vocals and honestly it doesn’t get much more raw than this. 😂

Well... I suppose I could remove my vocal chain too, but then you probably wouldn’t be able to hear me very well against the music!

There's Alot of arguments on Internet of what consitutes a produced vocal and I really do tend to think everything is kinda produced unless someone is singing direct in your face... I mean this would be the rawest form after all!

So we’ll call this “less produced.”

There's no mixing, and no editing on the audio track just what came outta me in this take.

Just me, my mic, a YouTube karaoke track, and the Mantra vocal processor with a very basic vocal chain: compression, EQ, saturation, reverb and delay.

No fancy production. Just singing.

And this is the same exact set up I use on my twitch singing live streams!

Any delay with vocal/ video is due to some latency I am getting when I rec in obs. So I'll work on that for future uploads.

Let me know if you’d like to see more of these! And what song you would like for me to sing for you next!
