Silent Red Threads – Skyward was screened in the Best AI Film semi-final of Inspiring Asia 2026 at the National Gallery Singapore, and the festival has now published it on its official channel.

The film tells, without dialogue, the story of a girl, a stitched teddy bear and a red thread. It comes with an educational and therapeutic activity booklet on trauma, resilience and difference, and it is extended by hand-painted canvases and an exhibition project (film on loop, paintings, workshop space).

KORRIGAN AR GRANIT ROZ - Quand la Pierre Bretonne Millénaire s'Éveille
Un court métrage hybride IA né des rochers de la Côte de Granit Rose

Et si les rochers avaient toujours regardé ?

Sur le Sentier des Douaniers entre Perros-Guirec et Plougrescant, dans le Trégor breton, les blocs de granit rose ont des formes que la raison peine à expliquer. Des visages. Des épaules. Des mains. Des formes que les géologues appellent érosion et que les Bretons ont toujours appelé autrement.

Le film suit une créature de granit rose qui s'éveille sous une pleine lune rouge sang, traverse l'océan à pied jusqu'à l'île Tomé, et accomplit un rituel ancien faire naître une fleur unique, qui se transforme en luciole et s'élève vers la lune.

Personne ne le voit. Les pêcheurs passent. Les cavaliers traversent la plage à l'aube. Sauf peut-être un enfant, seul sur le sable, tenant quelque chose dans sa main fermée.

Aucun dialogue. Aucune explication. Seulement ce que vous décidez de voir.

La musique, marquée par un contraste saisissant entre piano et électroniques, une rythmique puissante, renforce l'histoire en créant une opposition symbiotique entre Ankou (figure ancestrale bretonne) et Korrigan (la vie). Ses paroles profondes et son mélange de pop et rock atmosphérique avec des textes en langue bretonne soulignent la dualité entre cycle éternel et création, au cœur de cette œuvre d'art et culture bretonne.
