The 200 Peso note featuring the iconic Philippine Tarsier is one of the most unique bills in the Philippines. Many people don’t realize that it wasn’t printed in large quantities compared to other denominations, making it much less common to find in everyday circulation.

🐵 The tarsier is one of the world’s smallest primates and a symbol of Filipino wildlife, especially associated with Bohol.

💵 Because the 200 Peso note isn’t used as frequently as 100s, 500s, or 1,000s, many Filipinos go months without seeing one.
