As they say, life flashes before your eyes. This life series includes some flashy moments I wish to flash before my eyes before my life flashes. Is that enough life and flashing for you? Going forward this will be my personal life/travel blog series, cohesively (or not) rolling into one package selected footage of trips, activities and beloved JJ the cat. Most clips are sped up for at least several reasons: (1) some videos would be crazy long if they weren’t; (2) chipmunk voices are funny; (3) I've been told my normal voice sounds too deep or serious; (4) a metaphor for life flashing, I guess; (5) it's much closer to the speed at which my brain generally watches and processes videos comfortably.
Update: as of 10 July 2026, such episodes – of travel, life, skits, etc – will simply be referred to Vlogs (distinguished from my other vids: tutorials, demos, etc).
