I visited the Integrated Command & Control Center yesterday.

The team was very welcoming and open to suggestions.

It seems like they have a pothole reporter of their own planned! They are going to have a public discussion regarding the same.

However, no dates are set yet. I will follow up regarding this :)

Meanwhile, you can report potholes on X by tagging the GBA or ICCC.

Pothole reporter will be available on android playstore in one week.

I remember that dreadful time.

2 AM in the night. The entire team in office.

We were in the middle of a database migration. After weeks of testing, now was the moment of truth.

My manager said go, and we stopped our service. We copied the few hundreds new records from the old cluster to the new one.

Our background job had run fine. Our SQL checks worked fine. We restarted our app, pointing to the new cluster.

Things went fine. We heaved a sigh of relief.

Data migrations used to be so nerve racking. This article by Datadog makes me feel old :p
