I'm happy to share that Anja Robanke and I will be returning to Grímsey in June 2024 for our Puffins in the Midnight Sun photo workshop! Every year millions of seabirds come to Grímsey for nesting. It’s also the home to one of Iceland’s biggest puffin colonies. And together with 24 hours of daylight, there are endless possibilities. Grímsey is a true heaven for photographers that enjoy photographing birds. Whether you are an experienced bird photographer or have no experience at all, this workshop gives you the time, guidance and space to perfect your skills. Check out the links below for more information related to this amazing workshop! #iceland

Last Saturday I attended the 2023 Federation of European Professional Photographers (FEP) Awards in Prague. I am proud to announce that I had the pleasure to receive the Silver Award (second place) in the Nature category for three of my photographs of the Fagradalsfjall eruptions in Iceland during 2021 & 2022. The photographs involved are Hraunhjarta, Skýjasnúningur and Meradalagos. Each photograph received an Excellence award. It’s a great honour to be recognised on a European level for my photography in this way.
