The way some people say this, you’d think being ARMY comes with a lifetime contract and a list of mandatory duties.
But This post is for all those “they were never a true ARMY” comments aimed at people who aren’t constantly updated on BTS these days.
Not being able to vote on every site every day doesn’t make someone less of an ARMY. Not streaming 10 times a day doesn’t make someone less of an ARMY. Not supporting every single thing HYBE has done or made BTS do doesn’t make someone less of an ARMY. Not having the energy to defend BTS with two “savage” replies every time someone says something doesn’t make someone less of an ARMY.
People have their own lives, circumstances, boundaries, and ways of supporting the artists they love.
As an ARMY myself, I don’t owe anyone a performance of my fandom. If I don’t like something, I’m allowed to say it. If I can’t do something at a particular point in my life, I’m allowed to step back. None of that changes the fact that I’m ARMY.
You are not the one who gets to hand out ARMY certificates or revoke someone’s membership.
Only I know why, how, and in what ways I support BTS. You don’t have to understand it, approve of it, or verify it.
Being ARMY isn’t a competition of who votes the most, streams the hardest, defends the fastest, or proves their loyalty the loudest.
I was thinking i will be free now as I have to stay at home. Le me just changed dadi's diaper for the 7th time today and still have her 3 dirty paticot to wash in bathroom and i can't even use washing machine for her clothes. I am so done people 🫂✨
