Sometimes the best conversations happen after a simple day out. ☕💭
In today’s vlog I share real talk about perimenopause, content creation, why some luxury content no longer feels relatable, my reset days, and the books I’ve written. Plus a little Brooklyn food and matcha moment in Bed-Stuy. 💛
If you enjoy honest lifestyle conversations and everyday real-life content, this video is for you. Tap in and watch! ✨
