I'm Coach Danny Lee. I started Taekwondo when I was 13 years old. And for the first 10 years of my career, my journey was filled with shortcomings and bronze medals. I would train three times a day, thinking that if I worked harder than everyone else, success would follow.
But it wasn’t until I truly understood how the game works that my results changed. That’s when I transformed my game and became the 2024 US National Champion. And ranked #1 in the under 74kg weight class that year.
That’s why I created this channel: to help aspiring Taekwondo athletes shortcut their path to success with the exact tactics, drills, and strategies that work in today’s modern game.

2026 Nationals done🥈
Going from winning it in 24’ and losing in the last seconds in 25’, I was hungry to come back this time. Unfortunately things didnt go as planned, but we live and we learn.
I started this YouTube channel Taekwondo Fury as a way to share knowledge I wish was more accessible growing up. So athletes can have more opportunities to educational information. And about a year ago, Steven and Logan joined the Fury Institution just starting off their sparring journey, but I could tell how passionate they were about learning.
A few zoom calls, fight reviews, and strategic planning sessions later, Theyve gone from getting to know the game to getting Gold and Silver at this Nationals!! Seeing you guys with the medals on your necks made my day. It takes a village to create success for an athlete, all of the support from your family and guidance from your home coaches. I’m happy to be a small contributor to your journey.
