You guys have No idea how Excited I am for Auroræs debut Aaand their debut dress? My girls be looking Soo good. Don't get me started about the MV! It ATE! No ai anything in it btw I really want to share a sneak peak of them But- Not allowed to 🥀 Who's Excited for Auroræs debut? - Stasia of CGS Are you going to stream their song?
We decided to come out and say something about this because it’s becoming worse, and we feel like it’s reached a point where we can’t just stay quiet about it anymore.
As you know, we’ve been working on our debut for a long time. We’ve had a lot of setbacks slowing us down, but we refused to give up.
And honestly, we all know that once more people start noticing you, not everyone is going to support you. There will always be people who try to bring you down or make things harder for you.
We’ve tried to ignore it and keep focusing on what we’re doing, but lately, it’s been getting worse.
This channel made a Short and tagged us in it. When we eventually came across the post, we were honestly surprised by what we saw.
In the Short, we were accused of using AI for things such as our descriptions and even our comment replies, something that genuinely confused us because we weren’t aware of this ourselves, and apparently nobody else had noticed it either.
The Short also compared us to another Roblox co-ed group, while presenting that group as being bigger and better than Auroræs.
We didn’t notice any of this when it was first posted because we’ve mostly been focused on chatting, working behind the scenes, and preparing for our debut.
We actually came across the post about two weeks later.
And honestly, imagine finding out that you supposedly use AI for your own descriptions and replies without even knowing it yourself. 😭
This Short was posted on August 1st, 2026.
We started noticing fan edits of Auroræs, and you have absolutely no idea how happy and flattered we get whenever we see them. Seeing people take the time to make edits of us genuinely makes us want to work even harder on our debut.
But then, all of a sudden, whether it was a coincidence or not, we started noticing the same person, @angellcoco, and another user, @amberslamdunk, appearing under those fan edit Shorts, or literally any Short that said something positive about Auroræs.
We didn’t notice this at first. One of our staff members at the label was actually the one who brought it to our attention.
And honestly, we found it really weird.
A lot of the comments they were leaving were hateful comments about our members, including comments about their appearances and other things that could easily make someone insecure or upset.
Our manager deletes the hateful comments we come across about the members before they even see them. We do this because we don’t want unnecessary hate affecting them while we’re already working hard behind the scenes.
Then, about a month ago, @angellcoco made another post complaining about Auroræs constantly appearing on their FYP and how angry it made them to see us, while once again praising the same group.
This confused us because if you genuinely dislike us that much, why continue coming into our comment sections and interacting with our content?
You can easily scroll past our posts or block our content from appearing on your FYP.
At that point, we became curious.
We went to the group’s page and started noticing some similarities between their posts and ours.
Some of their posts appeared to follow very similar ideas to posts we had already made, with only a few changes to the wording.
Now, we want to be very clear about something.
We are NOT claiming that the group copied our posts.
It could genuinely be a coincidence, and we don’t want to accuse anyone of something we cannot prove. However, some of the similarities were difficult for us to ignore.
For example, we posted our debut concept video about a month ago. The group later posted a concept video that was surprisingly similar in certain ways.
There are also other similarities that you may notice if you’re familiar with Auroræs’ posts and take the time to look through their page.
We thought this was really strange, but we decided not to say anything at the time because we understood that two groups can have similar ideas, especially when they are both creating content online.
We didn’t want to turn a possible coincidence into unnecessary drama.
If you’re very familiar with Auroræs, some of you may have noticed that our members sometimes reply to your comments using their own personal accounts.
Then, last week, something even more weird and surprising happened.
A user with the username @NolPol-w4h made a video tagging us. The video had a plain white background with Asa’s channel username on it, alongside what appeared to be a screenshot of a comment supposedly made by Asa.
The comment said:
“Let me get this straight Auroræs don’t use AI 1 2 Please go k*ll yourself”
Once again, none of us noticed this ourselves. One of our staff members, who is very active online, was the one who found it.
Her first reaction was basically:
“Do you all know about this post? What is this? I’ve only been with this label for a short time, but I know how Asa types, and that is not her. This is obviously edited.”
She immediately alerted the members and the CEO of CGS.
We were all shocked.
When we asked Asa about it, she denied ever seeing this user before, let alone sending them a death threat.
We then looked more closely at the image itself, and there were several things that made us question its authenticity.
First, the font and placement of the text do not look like a normal YouTube comment.
Secondly, although the image is presented as if it were a screenshot of a comment, it does not show the conversation surrounding it. There is no context showing what supposedly happened before Asa sent that message.
A normal YouTube comment also has interaction buttons such as like, dislike and reply. None of those appear in the image.
The image also appears to be missing other details normally visible around a YouTube comment, including the comment timestamp.
We cannot say exactly who made the image or why it was made.
We also don’t know whether there was some previous disagreement between this person and anyone associated with Auroræs that could have led to this.
What made the situation even stranger was that @angellcoco and @amberslamdunk appeared to find the same video before we did and commented on it, once again leaving negative comments.
We cannot say for certain that these things are connected, so we are not going to accuse anyone of something we cannot prove.
But we really want this to stop.
Making posts targeting us, making accusations about our members, and creating things that can make people believe our members said things they never said is not something we take lightly.
If the roles were reversed, we don’t think it would be funny anymore.
We are real people behind these accounts. Things like this do affect us mentally, especially when we are already dealing with the pressure of preparing for our debut.
We are not making this post because we want to start a fight with anyone. We honestly just want this to end.
And if we have ever said or done anything that made you feel like you had a reason to target us, we apologize. That was never our intention.
As for the accusations that we use AI simply because our descriptions or replies sound “too good” or “too formal”, that is honestly not a fair way to judge us.
The CEO of CGS is a songwriter, beat maker and author. Very few people outside the company know this, but writing has always been something she does. With the staff we have working behind the scenes, of course some of our descriptions are going to sound polished. That does not automatically mean they were generated by AI.
We have spent a long time building Auroræs, writing, preparing music, creating content and working towards our debut. We don’t want all of that to become a constant argument over whether something “sounds AI”.
If you don’t like Auroræs, that’s completely okay. Everyone has different preferences. You can scroll past our content, mute us, or block our content from appearing on your FYP.
You don’t have to like us.
But please stop targeting us and our members.
We’ve already suffered losses because of situations like this, some of which we have never spoken about publicly. We’ve stayed quiet about a lot because we didn’t want unnecessary drama surrounding Auroræs, but staying quiet does not mean these things don’t affect us.
We’ve said what we needed to say.
We don’t want a war. We don’t want people attacking anyone on our behalf, and we don’t want this situation turned into more drama.
We just want to be able to finish what we started.
We have a debut to prepare for, and that is where we want our energy to go.
After some internal discussions, we want to let you know that Fissy has decided to leave AURORÆS.
This came quite suddenly, and we’ve had to redo a lot of things again because of it. Fissy made the decision herself so she could focus on her other goals, and we completely respect her decision.
We’ll definitely miss having her with us here at CGS, and we wish her nothing but good luck with everything she chooses to do in the future.
From today, AURORÆS will officially continue as a three-member group, consisting of:
Jade Asa Coco
Because of Fissy’s departure, quite a few things have had to be changed and redone, so some things will be postponed.
We hope you’ll continue to stay with us and support AURORÆS as we get closer and closer to our debut.
