Earthing or grounding, the practice of walking barefoot on soil, grass, or sand to physically connect the human body to the Earth's surface electrical charge, is a real and actively studied phenomenon in biophysics, though its health claims remain a subject of clinical debate.
The Earth maintains a negative electrical potential on its surface, supplied globally by atmospheric circuits and thunderstorms. When you make direct skin contact with the ground, your body absorbs free electrons. Biophysicists have demonstrated using instrumentation that this contact equalizes your body's electrical potential to that of the Earth.
Proponents argue that modern insulated rubber-soled footwear cuts us off from this natural electron reservoir, leading to a chronic buildup of positive electrical charges. The core hypothesis is that these free electrons act as natural antioxidants, neutralizing reactive oxygen species (free radicals) and reducing systemic inflammation.
(The Fierossa) The Fierossa is a Ferrari Testarossa replica kit manufactured primarily in the 1990s by The Fiero Factory (a specialist kit-car firm based in the West Midlands, UK). Less than 50 kits were ever imported to the United States. This car had the General Motors 3.8 v6 Supercharged Engine which gave it tons of extra power to match its exotic looks. #pontiac#fiero#ferrari

Don’t forget to ground yourself today.
Is grounding yourself to the earth a real thing?
