🔥 AJDT MARKET SECTOR ROTATION RECAP 📊
AJDT family, tonight’s sector rotation is giving us a pretty clear message: the market is rotating hard, and leadership depends heavily on the timeframe you’re watching.
⚡ TODAY’S MONEY FLOW
🟢 Energy +1.84% absolutely dominated the session.
🟢 Technology +0.22% was the only other sector showing meaningful green.
On the weak side:
🔴 Communication Services -1.50%
🔴 Real Estate -0.92%
🔴 Utilities -0.91%
🔴 Basic Materials -0.75%
🔴 Consumer Cyclical -0.75%
That Energy move really stands out because the rest of the market was largely under pressure.
📆 1-WEEK ROTATION
Here’s where things get interesting.
🔥 Technology +3.21% is the clear weekly leader.
🟢 Energy +0.55% remains positive.
Everything else is RED over the week, including:
🔻 Real Estate -2.71%
🔻 Healthcare -2.45%
🔻 Consumer Defensive -2.24%
🔻 Basic Materials -2.15%
🔻 Utilities -1.98%
So despite today’s relatively weak Technology performance, Tech remains the strongest sector over the past week.
📈 THE 1-MONTH PICTURE
This is where we can really see the larger rotation.
🥇 Basic Materials +12.53%
🥈 Technology +6.41%
🥉 Healthcare +4.19%
🔥 Energy +4.01%
Basic Materials is still miles ahead of everything else over the month, even after recent weakness.
🎯 AJDT QUICK TAKE
We’re seeing three different leaders across three different timeframes:
⚡ TODAY → ENERGY
💻 1 WEEK → TECHNOLOGY
⛏️ 1 MONTH → BASIC MATERIALS
That’s exactly why I don’t want us chasing whichever sector happens to be green today.
The better question is:
Where is money flowing TODAY, and does that move line up with the larger trend?
Energy is especially interesting because it has now moved to +1.84% today AND +4.01% for the month. That’s a sector I’ll be watching closely for individual stocks showing relative strength and clean setups.
Meanwhile, Technology remains a major area of focus because it’s +3.21% on the week and +6.41% on the month.
📌 Follow the rotation. Find the strength. Then find the STOCKS inside those sectors giving us the best setups.
