Feeling tired all the time isn’t always as simple as needing more sleep or another cup of coffee.
In my conversation with Dr. Jin-Xiong She, we get into what’s happening at a cellular level when energy starts to decline, including ATP, NAD, creatine, brain health, and the markers that can give us a better picture of what’s actually going on. What I found especially interesting is how quickly some of these markers may respond when the body gets the right support. It’s a good reminder that testing can tell us so much more than guessing based on how we feel.

Something I don’t think we talk about enough: getting healthier can change more than your body.
You start sleeping more, drinking less, setting better boundaries, and becoming more intentional about what you eat and how you spend your time. Somewhere along the way, you may realize that things you used to enjoy don’t feel the same anymore. Even certain relationships or environments can start to feel different.
I think that part of changing your lifestyle can be surprisingly uncomfortable. You’re making choices that feel better for you, but the people around you may not always understand them. Growth can be exciting and a little lonely at the same time.
Have you ever noticed your relationships or priorities changing as you became more intentional about your health?

One of my favorite things about this podcast is getting to sit down with people who are willing to question what they once believed.
My conversation with Ben Greenfield was exactly that. After decades of experimenting with biohacking, nutrition, performance, and longevity, he has some very different perspectives today than he did years ago.
We talked about what he’s changed his mind on, what he still believes is worth doing, and why health can’t just be about optimizing every number.
So much of wellness is learning, experimenting, and being willing to adjust when new information comes in. I loved this conversation for that reason. 🤍

Three years of Wellness Is Life. 🎙️🤍
It’s hard to believe how much this podcast has given me.
I’ve had the opportunity to sit across from so many incredible people, hear their stories, learn from their experiences, and have conversations that have genuinely changed the way I think about health, longevity, relationships, and life.
And knowing that some of these conversations have reached people around the world and maybe even inspired a change in their own lives makes it even more meaningful.
Three years later, I’m still learning, still asking questions, and still just as excited for every conversation.
Thank you to every guest who has sat across from me, and to everyone who watches, listens, shares, and continues this journey with me.
Three years down, and I feel like we’re only getting started. 🤍🎙️✨

The myth: more exercise is always better.
The reality? Your body needs recovery just as much as it needs training.
Exercise challenges the body. Rest is when it gets the chance to repair, adapt, and come back stronger. When you keep adding more workouts, more intensity, and more volume without enough recovery, eventually your body starts letting you know.
Persistent fatigue. Poor sleep. Declining performance. More soreness and injuries. Even losing the motivation to train.
I’ve learned that progress isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes the smartest thing you can do for your body is give it time to recover.
More isn’t always better. Better is better.
Are you as intentional about recovery as you are about your workouts? 👀

Red light therapy used to sound like pseudoscience. Now it's in the research for everything from mitochondrial function to skin repair to testosterone optimization.
Where are you with red light?

Red light therapy is everywhere right now, but how much of what we hear about it is actually backed by science?
I sat down with Tom Kerber, founder of SunPowerLED, to get into what red and near-infrared light are actually doing, why different wavelengths matter, and what you should know before investing in a device.
We talked about everything from recovery and skin health to inflammation, brain health, and the differences between panels, handheld devices, and helmets. I also tried the helmet myself, which made this conversation even more interesting.
If you’ve been curious about red light therapy but aren’t sure what’s worth paying attention to, this episode is a great place to start.

If you’ve been hearing about NAD and NMN everywhere but still aren’t quite sure what they actually do, this conversation is for you. 🧬
I sat down with Baran Dilaver to break down the science behind NAD, why our levels change as we age, where NMN comes in, and what the research actually says about energy, brain fog, recovery, and healthy aging. We also talk about what matters when choosing an NMN supplement, because not every product is created the same.
If NAD and NMN have been on your radar, this is a great place to start.
