Narc Con is the channel of author and coach Paula d'Arcy, exploring narcissistic personality disorder, covert narcissism and the long road of recovery. Since 2019 Paula has built Narc Con into a community for survivors who want to understand what happened to them and reclaim their lives, through videos, live streams and the Narc Con podcast.
Paula is the author of Weaponised Love, available on Amazon and Audible. Her work on narcissism was featured by Alexander de Cadenet in Watkins Mind Body Spirit magazine, Issue 85, Spring 2026.
Beyond Narc Con, Paula contributes to the curatorial programme of Vedica Art Studios and Gallery. She is credited in the curation of Histories Unbound: Dialogues Across Time in Mumbai (19 to 25 June 2026), and contributed to the forthcoming exhibitions The Weight of What Remains in Mumbai (opening 17 December 2026) and Liminal Spaces in Amsterdam (14 January to 11 February 2027).
