A MOMENT OF ENCOURAGEMENT WITH BISHOP DICKERSON
SUBJECT: DON’T ASK FOR MORE IF YOU’RE NOT PREPARING FOR MORE!
Everybody wants more, but not everybody is willing to prepare for more.
We often pray for greater opportunities, greater influence, and greater resources. But here’s something I’ve learned: Before God increases what you have, He often works on who you are.
More responsibility requires greater discipline. More influence requires greater integrity. And greater opportunities require greater preparation.
Don’t become so focused on what you’re waiting for that you neglect what God is developing in you.
Jesus said in Luke 16:10, “He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much.”
Be faithful where you are. Develop what God has already placed in your hands. Strengthen your character, deepen your prayer life, and keep growing.
Because sometimes the next level isn’t waiting on another opportunity. It’s waiting on your preparation.
Remember, you were created for more. Now it’s time to get positioned for it!

WELCOME TO THAYLEE DICKERSON MINISTRIES!
I’m Bishop Thaylee Dickerson, and I’m excited to welcome you to my official YouTube community!
For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of preaching the Gospel, developing leaders, strengthening churches, and helping people grow in their faith.
One thing I firmly believe is that God has more for your life!
More of His love. More of His peace. More of His wisdom. More spiritual growth. More purpose. And more of the resources needed to fulfill His assignment for your life.
That’s the heart behind Thaylee Dickerson Ministries and the message of my book, Positioned for More.
Through this channel, I’ll be sharing biblical teaching, powerful messages, leadership principles, and practical encouragement to help you grow in God and become everything He has called you to be.
Whether you’re a pastor, ministry leader, or simply someone seeking to grow in your walk with God, there’s a place for you here.
I invite you to subscribe, turn on your notifications, and join me on this journey.
