There is no single ‘magic’ exercise that fixes everything—it’s all about finding the right dose for your body.

1. The Prescription
The right medicine can completely solve your issue. The right movement does the exact same thing. But if you take the wrong medicine, you’ll either stay stagnant or end up worse off. The wrong movement pattern will do the same to your body.

2. The Dosage
Medicine requires exact dosing. Too much or too little of the same medication will drastically alter your results. Movement works on the exact same principle. You might have the perfect exercise to fix your pain, but if your volume, intensity, or frequency is off, you won’t see the results you want.

The Takeaway:
Stop randomly moving and hoping for a cure. Stop treating exercise like a generic over-the-counter fix.

Prescribe your movement. Precision is the real medicine.

A while ago, I was playing soccer with some family and friends. Halfway through, I felt a tiny blister starting on the bottom of my foot.

No big deal right? I told myself I’d push through

But here’s what happened 👇
To avoid the blister I changed the way I was running, that tiny adjustment put extra stress on my knee… which led to IT band pain that stuck for months.

All from a blister.

The truth is most injuries don’t start with something major. They start with us ignoring the “not a big deal” pains.
🎾Shoulder pain when serving
🏃‍♀️Stiff ankles on a run
🛌Low back pain in the morning

Those little things cause us to move differently, and over time, they add up.

👉 Don’t wait until a small annoyance sidelines you.

It can be hard to find time to exercise.

We are told we should exercise 150-300 minutes a week but between work, errands, social life, and more, the thought of exercise can be overwhelming.

Taking a little time out to go on a walk during your lunch break, doing simple push-ups or squats at home between commercials, or even trying to go on a short run is well worth it. Every effort counts!

Keep going! Your future self will be grateful 😊
