Operation Heal 100 Hearts

Founder & Creator Khadijah Allen is the facilitator of Operation Heal 100 Hearts. A trauma centered support network whose goal is to encourage HEALING through group, individual, family and/or couples counseling.
OH100H was created July 1st 2014 to provide support to people struggling with day to day life and finding it impossible to cope and push forward.One on one sessions provided folks with the intimacy & therapy they needed to make better choices and live happier lives. Group sessions gave folks the opportunity to be in the presence of other folks trying to overcome obstacles similar to their own. Through icebreakers and group activities participants were able to solve crisis and rebuild their lives on solid foundation.During the pandemic Khadijah provided one on one telephone and Zoom sessions to assist people in strengthening their mental health by way of mental, spiritual and physical exercise.
