Idubbbz is counter suing Ethan Klein in the Canadian litigation!
It was interesting reading Ian's countersuit. It reminded me soooo much of my own motion to dismiss that I submitted to the US Federal Court!
Ian's complaint basically claims that Ethan is doing all this litigation as a form of content creation, and the fact that Ethan is attacking him ( A MUCH SMALLER CREATOR) proves bad faith!
Sound familiar?
I am a Huge Ethan fan, but I am noticing some patterns!

Heya Everyone! 👋
I just wanted to give you a brief update on what's been going on with me.
Lately I have been working pretty hard to finish projects that have been piling up! Today I finished the Civil Conspiracy Album. It had been on the back burner for so long! After all, I had created the songs Soo long ago and they have just been gathering digital dust on my hard drive! I got everything packaged up and uploaded and can finally close that chapter of my life!
It's crazy the emotional journey that album takes you on! I would love to make it public but I fear people will not understand it's a good faith project and perceive it as me talking s&_t. Lol regardless of how many times I tell the public these songs were made during the lawsuit.
As of now it's available to channel members, unless I get a bunch of comments to make it public.
I am also gearing up to record the first half of my audiobook!
I have so many projects I need to get sorted but I am not going to rush them just so I can say I finished them.
I need to understand they will be done when they are done! Also maybe I should just work on these projects in silence and not publicize every project I start! 😛
With all these projects my content has been lacking and I am sorry for that! I'M GOING TO BE UPLOADING MORE. I swear it's like a solid stream/upload schedule is my kryptonite.
Any hoo I am still here and exercising my creativity, stand by for some new content!

I will be live tomorrow (Wednesday, September 16th) with a very interesting discussion topic!
Here in Milwaukee there has been a recent lawsuit settled regarding an X (twitter) poster who was swatted over 45 times and the Milwaukee Police Department.
Milwaukee Police were ordered to pay out over $500,000 to this couple due to 4th amendment violations.
This couple was traumatized by not only online trolls but the police who were clearly aware of said trolls and prior responses.
This made me wonder if swatting was still a big thing in 2026? Not to sound over dramatic, I was shocked by what the research revealed!
We have so much to discuss!
I will be putting out posts and notifications 30 mins before I go live, I hope to start no later than 10AM central time.

I keep hearing more and more stories like this! Perhaps YouTube/Google should create some educational content for creators to help recognize these bad actors? Granted their tactics are ALWAYS evolving.
It's like not only do creators have to fear YouTube's AI moderation for monetization, but now we can throw dodging these crypto scammers/hackers too!
Lmao and of course those comment "identity scammers" are still around! Creators also have to worry about the well being of their viewers!
I can see why running a successful channel these days appears to take a full staff! 😜
