A report of a video doesn't lose legitimacy because it was posted months ago. Once someone becomes aware it was a violation they can address it as a concern. Black Sasuke wants to abuse the system to get me out of here because he didnt want anyone to see the things he did wrong to all of those people..
It's important to note that a lot of the times when I post videos I have also posted private duplicates intended for my editing references. So that anything which is problematic can be referred to as I edit future work on certain pieces of content.
Privacy complaint will take down multiple iterations of that content but it's not to say that they were each individual videos that were each individually taken down.
If you see me remove and re-upload content voluntarily 9x out of 10 it has something to do with me editing my work. By the time I finish a piece of content they are often several copies the previous iterations of that video still being stored under the private section of my channel.
This is to point out that if a privacy complaint takes several down it also notifies you of the storage private iteration of the content.
Just clarifying 😂 but in the future I'll be extremely careful nonetheless we have no intention to violate YouTube's policies

Ultra Ego is like Ultra Instinct. Saiyan Transformations achieved from the principles of the techniques. You dont get the transformation if you're not a saiyan. Toppo became a god of destruction and obtained the power of one. Vegeta obtained the power of a god of destruction and Ultra Ego as well.
At the end of the day vegeta has everything toppo has and more. Toppo doesnt have Ultra Ego and he doesnt grow from damage.
