We are Jagex: The RuneScape Company
Based in Cambridge UK, and founded in 2001, we're a global video game developer who creates living, evolving worlds shaped by a passionate community of players all united by shared adventures.

Most importantly, we are the home of RuneScape - one of the most enduring and influential online game universes ever created, welcoming over 300m accounts since launch to our main game - OldSchool RuneScape, RuneScape, and RuneScape: DragonWilds

Today, as we celebrate 25 years of gameplay, Jagex: The RuneScape Company is entering a new era - one defined by strong player-led growth, with the worlds of RuneScape more alive, more relevant and more widely played than ever before.
