Zomato सिर्फ Food Delivery Company नहीं है, एक Ecosystem Builder है
जब ज्यादातर लोग Zomato को सिर्फ एक Food Delivery App के रूप में देखते हैं, तब कंपनी की असली रणनीति कहीं ज्यादा बड़ी है।
Zomato केवल ऑर्डर डिलीवर नहीं कर रहा, बल्कि पूरे Food Ecosystem के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में अपनी मौजूदगी बना रहा है।
Zomato ने क्या किया?
✅ Uber Eats India को खरीद लिया
जिससे एक बड़ा Competitor बाजार से बाहर हो गया और उसका Customer Base Zomato के पास आ गया।
✅ Magicpin जैसी कंपनियों में निवेश किया
ताकि Dining-Out, Offers और Consumer Behavior को बेहतर तरीके से समझ सके।
✅ UrbanPiper में निवेश किया
जो हजारों Restaurants का Menu, Orders और Technology Manage करता है। यानी Zomato Restaurant Operations के Core Infrastructure तक पहुंच बना रहा है।
✅ TongueStun को Acquire किया
जिससे Corporate Cafeteria और Office Food Consumption Market में Entry मिल गई।
Cloud Kitchen Owners को इससे क्या सीखना चाहिए?
बहुत सारे Cloud Kitchen Owners हर दिन सिर्फ Orders के पीछे भागते हैं।
लेकिन बड़ी कंपनियां Orders नहीं, Ecosystem बनाती हैं।
