Here’s the planner shot I mentioned in this Sunday’s livestream. I'm returning to a tried and true tool for productivity: time blocking my days.
There aren’t even enough blocks on this page to capture every single hour, especially the evenings. But the goal isn’t to micromanage my life. It’s to start seeing my time differently.
Instead of waking up and reacting to whatever feels most urgent, I’m giving some shape to the things that matter: work, home, content, family, rest, and the things I’m building for myself.
This week, I’m practicing being intentional with my time and giving each and every hour a purpose. Life almost never goes according to plan (we plan, God laughs…) but having a plan is 100% better than not having a plan. Even if it only works 50% of the time, I still feel ahead of the game.

What's something small that's working really well for you right now?
For me, it's the white YETI tumbler that I absolutely love and take pretty much everywhere. I use it to drink my morning coffee then I'll refill it with water as the day goes on. I bought it about 5 years ago and it's still going strong. It's been beaten up, hauled on planes and dinged around, but it's still going strong.
Sometimes a thoughtful life isn't always about buying new things, it's about recognizing what works best for you.
