YouTube just fundamentally changed what a "view" actually means.
Under the new update, a view is registered instantly. On paper, everyone’s surface numbers are about to spike. But there’s a massive catch...it's all a LIE, think Facebook in the past boosting their numbers to show how good things were going.
This won't change YouTube’s recommendation engine still running on one primary engine though: viewer satisfaction.
