If you've ever sent money home for land or a house, this one is for you 🇳🇬

I know I'm usually here for travel, but this affects a lot of us in the diaspora. In it, I share what each side has said publicly about the Lifecard story, and 5 checks to do before you pay anyone for property in Nigeria.

I'm not telling you who to believe. I'm showing you what to check.

Tell me in the comments: have you ever sent money home for property? How did it go?

You’ve seen the headlines saying Nigeria has dropped in the passport rankings. I’m not here to argue. I checked each country on its official government website, so here is the verified list for 2027: visa-free, visa on arrival, ETA and eVisa.

Did I miss a country? Tell me in the comments.

Nigerians abroad, this one is for you. 🇳🇬

Too many of us are losing hard-earned money to "investments" back home. Before you send a single naira or dollar, check these 6 red flags. 👇🏾

Save this, and send it to someone abroad who's planning to invest at home. You could save them years of savings.

Always do your own due diligence. 🙏🏾

Know this, and know peace.

Watching Adeola Fayehun's live on victims of alleged Nigerian real estate fraud, and it's heartbreaking how much diasporans lost.

So many of these companies have approached me for collabs. My finance background makes saying no easy because the numbers HARDLY EVER add up. My reputation is worth gold.

Nigerians: MANY brands use your faves' platforms to legitimize their scams .

Always do your own due diligence 🙏🏾

https://youtu.be/fwYLCCqONUY

You people kept saying, "Funke, practice what you preach." 😭 So I did. 16 hours, two flights, one very hot cabin... and a cake I did NOT see coming. 🍰

Tell me in the comments: would you fly to Lagos through Rwanda, or is direct the only way for you? ✈️
