The most frustrating part is that I pushed this track with all my heart. I added it to almost every single video on my channel. Those videos went viral, got millions of views, and generated massive copyright revenue for the rightsholders through Content ID. And what did I get in return? Pure injustice.
Do you realize that MY FAVORITE PHONK, MONTAGEM MIAU, JUST KILLED MY ENTIRE CHANNEL, ALL MY TRAFFIC, AND ALL MY INCOME? THIS IS A HUGE INJUSTICE. @lenarph , please do something about this!
The worst part is YouTube's broken system. I can't bring the videos back, and I can't even cut or mute the track because the system locks editing on videos with high view counts. I am completely trapped.
And it’s not just my channel - so many other creators have been hit too. I am in total despair right now. My only hope left is that the rightsholders of MONTAGEM MIAU ( @lenarph and others) will change their policy regarding this track. They are literally losing their own revenue, destroying free promotion, and killing their most loyal fans.
I feel completely crushed, deeply depressed, and I have zero motivation to do anything anymore. I honestly don't know what my next steps are. Thank you to everyone who has supported me up to this point. 🥀

For me, this isn't just a statistic - it's a massive loss. It feels like losing your own child, something you conceptualized from scratch, edited, and poured your soul into. And it’s especially painful to lose it right now, at the peak of its success. Thanks to this video, a massive number of people discovered my song MONTAGEM WOOF. You guys praised it, Shazamed it, reposted it, wrote thousands of comments, and shared it all over social media.
I haven’t done anything wrong to anyone, and I consider this strike to be completely unfair. My video did not disrespect MONTAGEM MIAU in any way; this is textbook fair use. Moreover, the rights holders of the original track were already steadily generating their own revenue from my video through the Content ID system!
This video grew far beyond the song MONTAGEM MIAU itself. Thanks to it, their track was massively added to various Brazilian Phonk/Funk playlists, and the community shared the video everywhere. In reality, by issuing this strike, the rights holders deprived themselves of extra income and massive free promotion for their own music.
It’s incredibly sad when ordinary independent creators, vloggers, and musicians get heartlessly crushed by labels and corporations like this. After all, it’s exactly this kind of genuine content that keeps the internet alive, interesting, and viral. Without these complaints, bans, and strikes, absolutely everyone would win.
I tried to resolve this peacefully. During the 7-day grace period provided by the platform before the final takedown and strike, I did everything I could: • I emailed them several times. • I contacted the label's support 4 times (reaching out to their copyright, Content ID, and other departments), begging for someone to just get in touch with me. • I even found the person who issued the strike on TikTok and messaged them there.
The result? Complete silence. No response whatsoever. NO ONE EVEN MESSAGED ME a single word before issuing the strike. They just sent it silently, and that was it.
This situation could have been handled completely differently, in a humane way. The way this all went down is a massive, deafening injustice and a deep personal pain for me.
Thank you to everyone who watched, listened, and supported me. I’m leaving these screenshots here as a memory of what we managed to achieve together. 💔
