The 1993 Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia is the supreme law of Cambodia. It was adopted by the Constituent Assembly on September 21, 1993, and officially promulgated by Royal Decree (Kram) on September 24, 1993.

The creation of this constitution was a fundamental part of the 1991 Paris Peace Agreements, structured under the guidance and funding of the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC) to end decades of devastating civil war.

រដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៣ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា គឺជាច្បាប់កំពូលរបស់កម្ពុជា។ រដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញនេះត្រូវបានអនុម័តដោយសភាធម្មនុញ្ញនៅថ្ងៃទី ២១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៣ និងត្រូវបានប្រកាសឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការតាមរយៈព្រះរាជក្រមនៅថ្ងៃទី ២៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៣។

La Constitution du Royaume du Cambodge de 1993 constitue la loi suprême du pays. Elle a été adoptée par l'Assemblée constituante le 21 septembre 1993 et officiellement promulguée par décret royal (Kram) le 24 septembre 1993.

L'élaboration de cette Constitution a constitué un élément fondamental des Accords de paix de Paris de 1991, mis en œuvre sous la direction et avec le financement de l'Autorité provisoire des Nations Unies au Cambodge (APRONUC) afin de mettre un terme à des décennies de guerre civile dévastatrice.
