I’m Dr. Stefan Buntrock, a board-certified urologist from Germany and YouTube Health Certified creator. My mission: empowering men to live 10 years longer – with better erections, stronger health, and more confidence.
Here you’ll find science-based videos on erections, erectile dysfunction (ED), masturbation, prostate health, testosterone, lifestyle, and the challenges men face with age. Content is designed to be clear and trustworthy – medical knowledge without unnecessary jargon.
What began for my German patients has grown into an international channel with viewers from the US, UK, Canada, Australia and beyond. Most videos are in English, some in German – because men’s health is universal.

I haven’t disappeared. I’ve been busy.
On December 31, I made the decision to pursue a different path. For many years, I devoted a large part of my time to creating videos for UroChannel — and I truly appreciated both the work and your feedback.
But in 2025, the rules changed. I began to understand that what once felt like home was, in the end, just a video platform.
I will continue uploading videos — but less frequently.
I have accepted the biggest challenge of my professional career: building my own home.
Over the past two months, I have been laying the foundations. And when it is ready, you will be invited to visit.

Dr. Goldstein has been most influential in shaping sexual medicine in North America. As an engineering graduate from Brown University, he earned his medical degree from McGill University. With a career spanning over four decades, he was a faculty member at Boston University School of Medicine for 25 years, founding the Institute for Sexual Medicine there. Goldstein is the Editor-in-Chief of Sexual Medicine Reviews and the founding editor of The Journal of Sexual Medicine of the International Society of Sexual Medicine. He has held prominent positions in various sexual medicine societies and received numerous awards, including the World Association for Sexual Health Gold Medal. His research interests include regenerative therapies, sexual function surgery, and treatment of sexual dysfunction, having authored over 360 publications and secured continuous NIH funding for 20 years. Professionally still very active, he is the director of San Diego Sexual Medicine and Director of Sexual Medicine at Alvarado Hospital. He also serves as a Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Diego.
