Welcome! My name is Mia Dot. I got that tingly ASMR feeling since I was a kid, especially watching other people do random things.

In my circle no one was feeling the same and sometimes I felt like something was wrong with me. Especially in moments when I just stood somewhere watching someone doing things like cleaning or explaining something, getting so relaxed from it feeling all the tingles.

When I found out there was a name for this feeling and I am not alone with this, I was so happy and I watched many videos over the years that helped me to relax, fall asleep and lower my anxiety.

Now I decided to create my own videos for others to hopefully help someone too.

Currently I'm in beautiful Valencia, Spain, to see Falles 2026. Of course, I had to attempt to do some Public ASMR. It was so much fun to balance the contrast of a crazily loud city and creating relaxing content, I absolutely loved this challenge.
