This is the official YouTube channel of Motion Education, led by Educator & Founder, Mr. Nitin Viijay (NV Sir).
For over 18 years, NV Sir has been part of students’ daily lives, in classrooms, corridors, doubt sessions, and moments of silence before exams. He understands that preparation is not only about formulas and tests, but also about pressure, self-doubt, discipline, and belief.
At Motion, education goes beyond ranks and results. The focus is on strong fundamentals, structured learning, and caring for the emotional journey of every student.
Through this channel, we talk honestly about exams, student life, failures, consistency, mindset, and growth. You’ll find guidance for JEE & NEET aspirants, clarity for parents, and real experiences drawn from years of teaching and mentoring.
If you’re preparing, struggling, improving, or simply trying to understand yourself better as a student, you’re not alone here.

Papa ❤️
Somewhere between all that I have achieved and all that I still dream of, there is a part of you.
You taught me that a father’s love isn’t always expressed in words. Sometimes, it is simply believing in your son when he is still learning to believe in himself.
Aapka mujhpar woh bharosa, jo meri har jeet se bada hai, meri zindagi ki sabse khoobsurat daulat hai.
Aaj aap 75 saal ke ho gaye hain, par energy, positivity aur zindagi ko khush hokar jeene ki kala, aaj bhi main aapse seekh raha hoon.
meri bhagwaan se bss 1 hi praarthna hai ki, har janam mein mujhe aapka hi beta banne ka saubhagya mile.
Happy 75th Birthday, Papa. 🧿❤️
Love you.❤️

Numbers Don’t Lie: 3.8X Higher Selection Ratio Than the National Average! 📊🔥
While others only talk about single ranks, we focus on every single selection.
With an outstanding result in NEET 2026, Motion has proved once again why we are India's most trusted coaching partner. Look at the data:
National Average (Under 50,000 Rank): 2.5%
Motion's Average (Under 50,000 Rank): 9.71% (That's 3.8 times higher!)
101 Students in the Top 5000 All India Ranks! 🎯
Congratulations to all our classroom champions (Offline & Online) who turned their hard work into historic ranks.
