Years of weather exposure had left this body corporate building with deteriorating paint, weathered surfaces and areas of damaged render.

Melbourne Protective Coatings carried out an exterior rejuvenation project for Alliance Owner Corporation, including surface cleaning and preparation, minor render repairs and a multi-coat Dulux exterior coating system.

The project also involved high-access work using a 26-foot scissor lift, supported by a detailed safety plan to help minimise disruption to residents.
