As the year is close to an end and there is quite a lot of action on the railways soon, I will start to upload much more frequently. Something I will have out at the end of the season is an RHTT compilation as I have already seen plenty over the past few days already
I have also been more focused on photography but as I now have a new phone I should be recording stuff more now too
Here are some photos I’ve taken recently, and there should be a video or two up soon if something rare happens 😁
These were, and still are, some of the most iconic trains in the UKs history and basically revolutionised high-speed travel for today, they are still in service with ScotRail but there are plans to replace these soon with 222s so time is limited..
Here are some of my favourite photos of them so far this year
159103 is now in SWR colours and has also received a new interior with some changes, there are yellow handlebars with blue painted doors to help with disabilities & a new moquette in standard & first class. This refurbishment will be done for the rest of the 159 & 158 fleet with SWR / GBR in the coming years
423417 ‘Gordon Pettitt’ being dragged by 31128 ‘Charybdis’ at Worting Junction this afternoon on the way to the Watercress Line Diesel Gala this weekend. 31210 was supposed to be on the consist but overheated and is now too unfit to run at the gala and will now instead be on static display
I will upload a long form video of the whole Diesel Gala as I’m sure I’ll have enough recordings of it to make a video. 56103 & 60099 will be making their way down to the Watercress Line on early Saturday morning (0A87)

With the Swanage Diesel Gala coming up, 37607, 58023, 20006 & 26007 were in a convoy off down to Swanage. I’m visiting there on the 9th with @LocoLover2 & @RD_Trains . 99004, a 4TC, 73119, 73141 & 33025 are all coming as well

Happy 50th Birthday to the Class 43s / HSTs!
