English pronunciation of any toponyms or names from outside the English speaking world are fucked by default, so Seagal actually more correct here than any only language knowing English speaker. The funny part though, the fact that Seagal basically uses Russian pronunciation of Genghis Khan’s name means that he probably never heard and/or spoken it English before making this movie.
