The Sabarimala case isn't just about one temple—it’s a constitutional tug-of-war between individual equality and religious autonomy. ⚖️ 🏛️
From the 2018 landmark verdict to the current 9-judge bench review in 2026, the stakes have never been higher. The court is now deciding on the "Essential Religious Practice" doctrine, which will set a precedent for mosques, Parsi fire temples, and various community traditions across India.
As law students and citizens, understanding "Constitutional Morality" is key to understanding the future of Indian secularism. Swipe through for a deep dive into the legal battle that is reshaping our rights!

Stop signing things you don't understand! ✍️🚫
Most contracts are full of "legalese" that feels impossible to read. I’ve broken down 10 common legal terms into plain English so you can protect yourself before you sign.
What you’ll learn:
Liability: Who is responsible?
Indemnity: Who pays the legal bills?
Force Majeure: What happens in an emergency?
Merger Clause: Why verbal promises don’t count.
Swipe through the images to see the full list! ➡️

Yesterday’s reel got late by a fever, but the legal awareness doesn’t stop! 🤒⚖️
I’m putting your legal brain to the test today with a few scenarios that aren't as "obvious" as they seem.
Swipe through and see how many you actually knew!
Here are the answers:
The Gift Dilemma: Generally, NO. Under the Transfer of Property Act, once a gift is delivered and accepted, the transfer is complete. You can't revoke a gift just because of a personal spat! ⌚
Recorded Phone Calls: It’s a trick! They are admissible, but only if you can prove the recording is untampered and the voice is verified. Under the new Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), electronic evidence has very strict requirements. 📱
The FIR Paradox: Absolutely NOT. This is where a "Zero FIR" comes in. A police officer MUST register it and then transfer it to the relevant station. Refusing to do so is a violation of the law. 🚔
Which one caught you off guard? I’m resting up today, but tell me your favorite 'legal myths' in the comments! 👇
