2) Tensile load test. According to IEC60383. Type test
Type testing includes type testing, sampling testing, and individual testing.
1. Size, dimension, deviation, creepage distance, and gauge inspection
2 Locking pin operation test
3 Lightning impulse dry withstand voltage test
4. Wet power frequency withstand voltage test
5 Thermal Performance Test
6 Mechanical damage load test (only for glass insulators)
7. Residual mechanical strength test
8. Coating thickness test
