Just hang on u guy's,I'm still coping :-( It's painful when ur dealing with PTSD,I'm still crying everyday,having nightmare every night even when I'm awake,there is no cure for trauma,and only time can tell when u will be heal,my brain is scar permanently,I know life must go on,but what is life when ur grieving so much,it's so hard to talk about her,and it's painful so see her old videos from Facebook reminding u everyday what is my memories to look back,I guess avoiding things to live a life normal is ridiculous,but I know I will get through this and just asking for all of u more privacy on Messenger and Facebook,I haven't open Facebook or my Messenger just to not to have mix feeling sad,angry and guilty!
