Khloé and I built Good American for a customer the industry had ignored. Ten years on, we’ve got a whole new generation to win over — women who weren’t there at the start, who don’t know the origin story or why it once felt revolutionary.
So how do you introduce a brand to a new generation without losing the principles that built it?
Episode 2 of Good American: The Next Chapter is here. Khloé and I get into what stays, what has to change, and how our very different instincts have shaped this company from day one — right down to our first-ever disagreement. Our new CEO Nicolas Dreyfus and the team also reveal the plan to take Good American beyond denim and build a full fashion world around a modern vision of Americana.
And at the center of it, the question every founder eventually has to answer: how do you stay deeply involved in the thing you built while giving other people enough room to make it better?

Khloé and I started Good American together almost ten years ago.
We’ve never shown you what that really looks like until now.
Good American: The Next Chapter is a new documentary series that takes you behind the scenes of the brand we built.
We made $1 million on day one, the biggest denim launch in history, and then we hit a wall. I had to step back, bring in new people, hear things I didn’t want to hear, and let go of the idea that I had to be the one making every decision.
This is that story. Our first episode is out now 👉🏽 https://youtu.be/vZo6qS6GK8M

Arthur C. Brooks has spent his life studying one question: what actually makes us happy?
This week on Aspire, the Harvard professor and bestselling author sat down with me to unpack the science of a meaningful life, and honestly, I could have talked to him for hours.
Here are a few of the moments that stuck with me 👇
"It's not a question of doing the right things first. It's stopping the wrong things first."
"Social comparison is really the thief of joy."
"What you do to survive are your animal impulses. What you do to be happy are your moral aspirations."
"Your happiness is a gift to everybody else around you."
"What really will bring you happiness is experiences with the people that you love."
"Honesty with yourself, that's the adventure."
We get into why achievement never satisfies us for long, what money can and can't do for your happiness, and the simple ritual that can shift your baseline happiness in 12 weeks.

Summer for me means home in London, slow mornings with my family, and pressing pause on the noise.
This year I also started something new: Start With Yourself book club dinners with other moms, women I admire, and readers who wanted to keep the conversation going.
New Within Reach is up — inside one of those dinners, and the conversation about money that came out of it.

Krissy Cela’s first business started with a $25 workout PDF she made on her university laptop.
She didn’t have a camera, so she found GIFs online, built the PDF herself, put it on Instagram and thought, If one person buys this, I’ll be proud.
Within an hour, she’d made roughly £9,000.
That was the beginning of a 10-year journey that eventually led to Oner Active, a rapidly growing activewear company approaching $300M this year.
Watch the full episode for a lesson in what can happen when you start with what you have, take yourself seriously before anyone else does, and keep learning your way into opportunities you may not feel qualified for yet.
What’s the simplest version of an idea you could start with today?

What's better than one incredible female founder? Two.
This week it's Erin and Sara Foster. They signed a deal that would become a $150 million brand with no lawyers in the room. They built a fashion label without ever considering themselves fashion people. And they got their biggest break in their forties, after years of being told they weren't quite right for it.
This is a conversation about the years before anything works. The failures, the pivots, the moments where most people would have stopped, and what it actually looks like to keep going anyway. We also get into something I don't hear talked about enough: how the way you grew up thinking about money shapes everything about how you build.

Every woman should understand the partnership she's entering before a crisis forces her to. This week's episode is that conversation.
Laura Wasser has spent 32 years as one of the country's most sought-after divorce attorneys. She's the person people call when a marriage is ending. But what makes this one so valuable is that almost everything she knows matters long before anyone gets divorced.
We get into why marriage is already a contract, with or without a prenup, how to protect yourself whether you earn more or less than your partner, and why knowing your financial reality doesn't make you cynical. It makes you an equal participant in your own life.

If you follow Emma Chamberlain, you probably already know she’s been a lot quieter lately. Which is why I was eager when she said yes to sitting down with me on this week’s episode of Aspire. She’s been on my list since day one.
This is a rare conversation, and we got into a lot of what she’s been thinking about lately, tracing her success from the early days when she was just 16 on YouTube, before the millions of subscribers, the brand deals, and Chamberlain Coffee.
She talks about why she paused her podcast. What it's actually like running her business at 25. What she thinks is coming next for creators (and why she needed to take a step back from all of it). And she says something about her own brand that I genuinely didn't expect her to say on tape.
This episode is one worth watching all the way through if you're interested at all in how a creator becomes a cultural force without losing the identity that made them famous in the first place.
