QUICK CHANNEL UPDATE REGARDING LIVESTREAMS:
I've been testing out Dual-Format Streaming over on Twitch (twitch.tv/BTplayzFN) for the past week or so, which is why I haven't been live despite being back in the States. For those who saw my Rumble tournament stream, I tried to stream on YouTube too, but my computer couldn't handle it. I might try it again today/tomorrow, but there's a good chance YouTube streams won't start up again until after 8/28. Just wanted to make you guys aware of the situation.

NEW PFP?!
I've stuck with Epsilon for a while now, but with some changes to the channel coming up, I'm wondering if it's time to finally change profile pics. The one I have in mind is an art piece of my sona made by a close friend of mines, and I'll let you guys pick whether or not I should keep it.
Rules are simple: I've posted this on every single platform I can so far (Instagram, Twitter and now YouTube, Twitch will be coming soon) and if a single platform says yes to the change, then I will change the picture on that platform only. HOWEVER, if every single platform says no, I will be changing the profile pic regardless (kinda out of spite but yea).
EX: Instagram has already said no, and if Twitter follows, but you guys and Twitch want me to change, then I will change the PFP on Twitch and YouTube, but not Twitter and Instagram. HOWEVER, if all 4 platforms say no, then I will be changing the pfps regardless. :P

--- CHANNEL UPDATE ---
TLDR: I'm not dead, just not sure what to post about atm :/


I've been on vacation in Asia (First Japan, now Taiwan) these past few weeks and it's been really hard to not only make videos but even stream. Especially with Rumble right now, things are really stale, and there's not much new content in the game worth covering except new skins; there have been many times throughout the past month or so where I've really wanted to hit go live and play some Rumble with y'all, but every single time, I end up walking away from my computer. I still love the game, but I don't want to stream the same gameplay to y'all over and over again, and that's not even mentioning the fact that I'm not in the US, so spending time in front of the computer to play a game that, in its current state, isn't really worth spending time on, just feels like a seriously tough sell. Seriously, I applaud every single one of you who have managed to continue playing Rumble actively, because with the lack of GAMEPLAY-RELATED updates, I seriously can't get myself to hop on this game.


Now, one might argue that I could just come up with the ideas myself, and don't get me wrong, I DO have ideas and WANT to execute them, but the ideas I have that I would seriously love to execute are just borderline impossible to pull off with the resources I currently have at my disposal. As much as I would love to, I have my doubts that I can fill a custom lobby of 32 people without putting something like an RSR code on the line. I really wish that I could bring some of my ideas for Rumble to life and bring something new to the RumbleTube scene that ISN'T just skin showcases, but with how things are right now, it just won't work out.


Now, that being said, here's what you can expect from me these next few months, for the few of you who genuinely do care (which I seriously appreciate from the bottom of my heart):
- Some potential streams here and there during my time in Taiwan, if I see fit, on my Twitch @ twitch.tv/BTplayzFN
- Maybe some shorts being uploaded to the channel if I have time to make some stuff
- Returning to a semi-normal schedule once school starts up and I'm back in the US in August.


I DO have two videos related to my Japan trip planned (Yes, I filmed a rather concerning amount of footage while I was in Tokyo, from teamLab Planets AND Borderless to silly stuff like me with my friends in Shibuya), but like I said earlier, I'd rather be spending my time here with family and exploring the place instead of editing, so those might not even come out until September at the earliest.


I've also re-applied for the Sonic Rumble Creator Program for the third time now (pending approval) and also put my channel in for the SEGA Creator Zone Program (also pending approval), so if I get into either of those, or best case scenario, BOTH, then you can expect either a short or maybe even a long-form video to be uploaded on this channel shortly after whenever I receive the news.


Seriously, on a real note, I genuinely do appreciate every single one of you for continuing to stick around my channel. Things have definitely been tough these past few months, but I'm hopeful that good changes will happen here soon enough. Hope to continue seeing y'alls around here, whether that's in chat, in the comments, or in-game, and until the next time I make an update post or upload a new video, hope y'alls have an amazing summer! :D

Chris, Jovi and Allura are all retiring from the Sonic Rumble Community Team.
While I wish them the best in their careers, I think this is a sign that rumble is NOT doing well 😭
- …Who were they?
Chris was one of the main CMs who communicated with the players in the Sonic Rumble discord and, as far as we are aware, is the CM that is in charge of the Rumble social media at this point in time.
Jovi was the Creator Manager for Rumble’s Creator Program.
I’ll be completely honest, we as a community rarely interacted with Allura so I can’t really say who they are 😭
- Who’s taking their place?
According to Chris, the Japanese team will be fully in charge of the game from this point onward, and 3 staff members from the Japan team will be taking their places.
- Why does this matter?
Nef has stressed multiple times at this point that they were not fired, but something worth keeping in mind is that LAYOFFS are NOT the same thing as being fired. (See image 4)
While I don’t know exactly what happened, the fact that Chris has mentioned that the JP team exclusively is going to be running the game going forward makes me think this was a silent layoff. I’m not sure how to feel about this since this COULD mean that Rumble is genuinely just not doing well. I hope I’m wrong, I really do, but I’m not positive about the game lasting through 2026…
Again, though, I wish Chris, Jovi and Allura the best in their future careers. Hope to still see you all around in the community going forward 🫡

Should I make more Brawl Stars content again? For the record, I won't stop making Sonic Rumble content, but seeing the game's current state makes me think that continuing to post PURELY Sonic Rumble is NOT a good idea. If I do make more Brawl Stars content again, the only thing that'll really change is that my content will also have Brawl Stars videos and livestream segments mixed in with Sonic Rumble.

As someone who really enjoys Sonic Rumble, it’s genuinely disappointing to see how garbage things are with the state of the game. As such, I wanted to compile my genuine thoughts on the game into one video in the hopes that a ‪@sonic_rumble_party‬ developer will see the video and make some MUCH NEEDED changes to the game. I don’t ask for this much, but PLEASE share the video with others since there’s no telling if the algorithm gods will have mercy on me. That said, hope you all have an amazing 2026 and I’ll be back to streaming soon ✌️

I really wanted to get my full review out before the end of 2025, but things came up and I think this’ll have to be posted on 1/1. Sorry for the delay but I promise this’ll be worth it.
I want this to be actually good so there’s a chance Rovio sees this video and improves upon a game I genuinely enjoy, which is why I’m putting so much effort into this video.
That said, I will see you guys in 2026, providing Rovio starts changing up the game itself (eg. fix skin prices), with more Rumble videos and livestreams. Thank you all for the support in 2025 🙏
