Home Insider family, I have something exciting to share! 💛

I’m listing this beautiful $1.35M custom home in Louisville, and it officially goes live this Friday.

It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3,609 sq. ft., with so many of the elevated design details we talk about here on the channel.

I’ll be hosting an Open House this Sunday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 3156 Littlecote Ln, Louisville, KY 40245.

If you’re local, come tour it in person. And even if you’re not shopping for a home, I think you’ll appreciate the architecture, finishes, and overall design. 💛

For fall, I’m leaning into warm, muted tones, layered textures, natural elements and just enough seasonal detail to make the home feel cozy without overwhelming the space.

Remember, the goal isn’t to make your home scream FALL… it’s to make your home feel like fall. 🍂

One of the easiest ways to make a home feel more elevated isn’t buying more decor… it’s removing a few things.

Instead of filling every surface, choose a few larger, meaningful pieces and give them room to breathe. A little negative space allows beautiful materials, thoughtful architecture, and the pieces you truly love to shine.
