Now that the Halloween Season is fast approaching, have you started your Spooky Movie List?? Are there any movies you watch year after year, any classics you can't go without? Or are there any on the horizon, or any recent ones you missed your excited to check out as we get closer to October??

For right now Obsession and Send Help are my favorite new Horror releases this year, but still really want to see Death at Camp Miasma, Buddy, and Resident Evil is right around the corner. Plus many more.

Now that the Summer Blockbuster Season is coming to a close, we have SO many good theatrical releases on the horizon.

Personally, over the next few weeks I really want to see Coyote vs Acme, Primetime, Resident Evil, Bad Apples, and Digger. Then a lot more as we get deeper in to October.

What are you most excited for?! Are you gonna get out to the theater for anything, or are you more of a "Wait for Streaming" type viewer?

I know it's a day late, but man, we lost another absolute legend in Tim Curry. Not even 24 hours after the passing of the incredible Dolly Parton.

Tim Curry was an actor unlike anyone else. Between Rocky Horror, Clue, It, Home Alone 2, and the laundry lis of credits to his name Tim Curry has a special place in everyone's hearts. Similar to the incomparable Dolly Parton, his body of work will live on for generations to come.

Well, after five years of hiding behind the mic, I figured it was finally time to prove to you all I'm an actual person. With everything feeling like AI these days it's getting harder and harder to tell what's real, so starting next week you're going to start seeing me pop up in videos from time to time.

But don’t worry the channel isn't changing. I'm still bringing you the same deep dives you know and love, just with a little more face time.

Thank you so much for all your continued support over the last 5 years. I've still got plenty to say, so I'll see you next week. And I guess you'll see me too!

Devastated over the news of Hayden Panettiere passing away. For me, she'll always be Claire Bennett from Heroes, but from Remember the Titans, to Scream 4, Nashville, and the countless other projects she's been apart of, she'll be missed by everyone who got to see her on screen.

With Spider-Man dominating the box office, it seems that's about all anyone is seeing right now. Nothing wants to compete with Peter Parker it seems. But what else have you seen recently?

Has anyone been able to check out Tony, I Want Your S*x, or even One Night Only? What about anything that's come to streaming recently like The Invite, Furious (The Movie, not TV Show), Leviticus, or possibly seeing Obsession for the first time? Excited for End of Oak Street coming later this week?

Ok! Who else saw Spider-Man: Brand New Day this past weekend? It seems almost everyone did seeing as it almost hit a Billion on opening weekend.

I've got to say...I absolutely loved it.

Also...Spoilers in the comments.

For me, this is the first Marvel movie since the Infinity Saga ended that genuinely felt like a pre-Endgame MCU film. And I really enjoyed Thunderbolts, but this felt different. Destin Daniel Cretton nailed it.

Everything clicked. The story, characters, twists, connections, and especially the way it embraced the larger MCU without feeling like it was shoe horned in, setting up five other projects along the way. It finally feels like the MCU is moving forward again instead of spinning its wheels.

But what did YOU think? Is the MCU Back?! Or is this just a bright spot in the overall downfall? Or did you just hate everything about it?

Another SDCC is in the books. Did you keep up with all the Breaking News over the weekend? Was there anything that got you super excited, or thought was total trash? Did you camp out in that Marvel Hall H Panel.....and was it worth it?

Personally, I'm most excited about the Black Panther 3 updates. Coogler shooting that on Large Format is gonna be insane. Also, seeing Rick Moranis back in the spotlight for Spaceballs: The New One was super cool. Wasn't too excited about anything DC had to offer, but hopefully I'm wrong and it's all gonna be amazing.

One small detail that I'm pumped for is the long awaited release of Star Wars Detours. I know it's almost 15 years old at this point, and most, if not all the jokes will be super dated. BUT having been there at Celebration when they first announced it, I'm just so curious what this show looks like. Even if I have to go to the Lucas Museum to see any of it....

So...That Doomsday Trailer. With it breaking YouTube records, hitting 1M views in 30 Minutes, I assume most everyone has seen it by now. What does everyone think? Am I the only one that thinks it, much like the attached concept art, feels bland and soulless? Don't get me wrong, I'm excited for X-Men, and a few other things, but overall this trailer just didn't get me on the Hype Train like I hoped it would. Maybe after Spider-Man the tides will shift, but it doesn't seem Marvel is doing anything to quell the overwhelming Superhero Fatigue and introduce anything fresh.

But I could be wrong, you may have loved every second! Did you get your tickets yet? Are you cautiously waiting to see what else they release/announce during SDCC? Or are you just over it by this point?
