I'm a home cook sharing her passion for cooking and food. My grandma was my inspiration for my channel. I wanted to share the recipes of hers I've enjoyed through the years, as well as some of my favorite go-to recipes. I'm a foodie at heart and enjoy SO many different kinds of foods and cuisines. And since Philadelphia has an amazing food scene, I'll be sharing reviews from many of their best spots.

It was time to get another frozen Three Cheese Pizza from local Pizza Freak and doll it up. Tonight I sautéed some oyster mushrooms from Riverwards in olive oil with garlic, and fresh oregano. I cooked the pizza according to directions. Then added the mushrooms and sprinkled on Asiago cheese. I cooked it at 400 for 10 more minutes on my pizza stone. When I took it out of the oven I dolloped some burrata cheese on top, sprinkled some red pepper flakes and fresh basil, then drizzled hot honey as the final flourish. On the side, I tossed a simple salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, basil, white balsamic, and olive oil. Hello weekend! We are happy you are here. 🥰
