Dante Basco is a Filipino-American actor, filmmaker, and producer whose career has spanned more than three decades. He is best known for his iconic role as Rufio, leader of the Lost Boys in Steven Spielberg’s Hook, and as the voice of Prince Zuko in Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender and Jake Long in Disney’s American Dragon: Jake Long. Beyond acting, Dante has expanded his career into producing, writing, and directing while continuing to champion Filipino-American voices and stories in entertainment.

That means Nanny Nena's is happening.

First, thank you. We are absolutely shocked and unprepared for this to happen so quickly! Whether you backed, shared the campaign, told a friend, or simply cheered us on, you helped make this possible. Seeing so many people rally behind this film means a lot to us.

Everything beyond this point isn't about making the film possible anymore... it's about making it better.

If you've followed our work over the years, you know we're a small team that has always figured out how to do a lot with very little. We stretch every dollar as far as we can. Now that we've reached our goal, every additional contribution gives us the opportunity to improve the film, strengthen the final product, and take a little pressure off the production process.
