Longplay Legends

Not my usual subject matter, but I meme-smithed this one, just for the real ones out there... Pour one out for this legend. 😭

Something that will never stop being shameful, is being a complete moral coward who blocks people because they have a different opinion. Not because they're harassing you, etc, but merely disagreeing. Enter: ‪@baundiesel‬, who not only is unafraid to put forward his braindead takes, but brags, "If you're a weirdo in the comments, you're going to get hidden from the channel, you won't know, but no one will ever see what you say ever again here, that's beautiful."

Wonder what it's like to be part of the reason the next game of your favorite series will be GARBAGE, only to then cry about it when no one ends up wanting to play. Eternal victim mindset.

All the real ones gonna' be playing this DAY ONE. Maybe Day 2, on the hope it doesn't suck or run like trash. Anyone else really excited for Black Myth: Wukong?

One of the only games I've been interested in this year, after waiting for YEARS. The other two are S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 and Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO.

So, it's been about a month since Starfield's release (w/ early access). After putting some hours in, what are your thoughts on it?

Personally, I'm really enjoying it, but I hear a lot of complaints that I do agree with. For example, lack of companions, the fact they all (mostly) agree on major decisions, and non-major planets feeling largely barren and repetitive with the same kinds of facilities, etc. Also, menus are a little annoying, and so on. But overall, I'm very much liking what IS here, for something like a ~7.5, maybe an 8 out of 10 from me, even if it seems like some things are missing.

New merch up now at the channel's new Spreadshop, linked below! - Available in men's, women's and kid's t-shirts, hoodies and mugs! It's a sort of 80's design with a little ironic gamer-speak for fun. Enjoy!

P.S., if you like this particular design, or absolutely HATE it with every fiber of your being, comment below!

P.P.S. Had an issue with Teespring, so I had to start migrating over, but more will be added back.

I just want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for helping the channel reach 1,000 Subscribers!

This started as a little hobby project where I could show off longplays of my favorite games as well as things I simply found interesting or enjoyable. It was mostly older retro stuff at first, but it's expanded into newer releases and also more extended coverage of games including individual levels, as well as showcases of characters, special attacks and so on.

I think the channel is really at a crossroads here. I want to continue with what I've already been putting up, but also want to potentially be more aggressive about new releases and coverage on those as well. And that's where you come in. I've also thought a lot about doing full playthroughs potentially with AND without commentary, or even just funny dumb gameplay videos with friends.

What would YOU like to see more of? Anything you'd like to see LESS of? I'd love to hear what you all have to say, positive or negative. Thanks again! :)

Do you also know the pain of having an epic round of CoD and then realizing you weren't recording? 😥
This was from the recent MW2 open beta. Really brings back memories of the good old days, folks. 😂

What do you all prefer? Retro games uploaded in original aspect ratio (usually around 4:3), or stretched to 16:9? Feel free to elaborate, too! Maybe you like videos for consoles like GameCube and PlayStation 2 stretched, but want things like GameBoy Advance, NES etc, kept original? Let me know! :)
